Veritas in Simplice
A private and independent company, specialised in governance, risk prevention, the protection of children and vulnerable people, reporting arrangements and institutional compliance.
Our conviction
Protection is built. It is not improvised.
An institution does not protect because it intends to, but because it has organised prevention, defined responsibilities, opened a reporting channel and trained the people in contact with the children it serves.
Our role is to make this system legible, applicable and verifiable: useful documents, clear pathways, trained teams, follow-up over time. Governance protects people, and it also protects the organisation and its leadership.
Veritas in Simplice is made up of specialists in the prevention and protection of children from abuse, with more than 20 years of international experience. We have worked with major government institutions on several continents, educational foundations, sports clubs, social clubs and associations, religious institutions and other organisations engaged in the protection of vulnerable people.
In Bulgaria, we work in Bulgarian and English and adapt each arrangement to the applicable national and local legal framework.

Veritas in Simplice is a private structure. It does not belong to the Bulgarian State, to the State Agency for Child Protection or to any municipality, performs no public-service function and claims no public accreditation. Its identity, methods and certifications are its own.
